Large bore Luers voor gebruik bij hogere flowrate

Luer-connectoren zijn een gebruikelijke keuze in de medische en farmaceutische industrie voor beperkt gebruik of voor wegwerptoepassingen waarbij een afsluiter niet vereist is. De luer is een gestandaardiseerd systeem van kleinschalige vloeistoffittingen die worden gebruikt voor het maken van lekvrije verbindingen tussen een mannelijk taps toelopend hulpstuk en het bijbehorende vrouwelijke deel op medische en laboratoriuminstrumenten, inclusief injectiespuituiteinden en naalden of stopkranen en naalden. De large bore luers hebben een grotere diameter en schroefdraad, waardoor er met een hogere flowrate gewerkt kan worden dan bij reguliere luers. 

Hitma levert een selectie mannelijke luer-fittingen en vrouwelijke luer-fittingen en connectoren, vergrendelbare en roterende luer-adapters en andere Luer-accessoires. Onze luers zijn getest op maat- en prestatie-eisen volgens ISO 594-1 en 594-2 normen. De luer-connectoren van de Natural Kynar® (NK) en Natural Polypropylene (PP)-materialen voldoen aan de vereisten van USP Klasse VI. De Polypropylene en Natural Kynar uitvoeringen zijn vrij van afgeleide stoffen uit dierlijk weefsel (ADCF). Als je deze connectoren autoclaveert of blootstelt aan een Steam-In-Place (SIP)-procedure, dan kun je het beste voor Natural Kynar materiaal kiezen.
